We want to make shopping with Melapop Skin Clinic as easy as possible. So we have answered some of the most popular questions below, to make your experience as seamless as possible.

How quickly do you ship?

Under normal circumstances, Orders are shipped within 3-7 business day of it being ordered, however, during holidays, weekends, and periods of increased volume, processing can take up to three weeks. If you pre-ordered a product, we estimated a shipment within 2-3 weeks. Because of COVID-19 we are experiencing delays that are more than 3 weeks. Once shipped, tracking information will automatically be emailed to you. If it has been longer than 7 days, email support@melapop.co to get an estimate of the shipping date.

What is your cancellation and refund policy?

Melapop.co Due to the small batch nature of the products we house we do not offer cancelations or refunds for products sold on Melapop.co. Our policy is to offer refunds in the form of store credit or an exchange. If the item is no longer you will receive store credit. 

Melapop Spa Our spa does not offer cash refunds, we only offer refunds in the form of service credit. in some instances, we may offer refunds in the form of store credit for products sold on melapop.co or in store.

What is your return policy?

Melapop Skin Clinic aims for 100% customer satisfaction. While all sales are final and we do not accept returns, we want to hear from you if you are not happy with your purchase. If you have received a damaged or incorrect order, please email us at support@melapop.co within five (5) days from the date you received your order. If you received a delivery confirmation but did not receive your product, please email us within 48 hours from the delivery date.

Please keep in mind, all items including discounted items are final sale. Due to Covid,  We can not accept the return of products that have already been opened or used, You may discard them however you see fit!

What is your address change policy?

We do not offer address changes after purchase, however, prior to your order being fulfilled you may update, cancel, or make changes to your order from the confirmation page.

What is your lost/missing/stolen package policy?

Once your order has been successfully logged with the USPS, UPS, or additional carriers for delivery, Melapop Skin Clinic is not responsible for lost, Damaged missing, or stolen packages. Please email shipping@melapop.co for claim instructions.
