We want to make shopping with Melapop Co-Op and Spa as easy as possible. So we have answered some of the most popular questions below, to make your experience as seamless as possible.

How quickly do you ship?

Under normal circumstances, Orders are shipped within 72 hours of it being ordered, however, during holidays and periods of increased volume, processing can take up to a week. If you pre-ordered a product, we estimated a shipment within 2-3 weeks. Because of COVID-19 we are experiencing delays that are more than 3 weeks. Once shipped, tracking information will automatically be emailed to you. If it has been longer than 3 days, email ship@melapop.co to get an estimate of the shipping date.

What is your cancellation and refund policy?

Melapop.co Due to the small batch nature of the products we house we do not offer cancelations or refunds for products sold on Melapop.co . in certain instances we may offer refunds in the form of store credit.

Melapop Spa Our spa does not offer cash refunds, we only offer refunds in the form of service credit. in some instances, we may offer refunds in the form of store credit for products sold on melapop.co or in store.

What is your return policy?

Melapop Co-Op and Spa aims for 100% customer satisfaction. While all sales are final and we do not accept returns, we want to hear from you if you are not happy with your purchase. If you have received a damaged or incorrect order, please email us at sip@melapop.co within five (5) days from the date you received your order. If you received a delivery confirmation but did not receive your product, please email us within 48 hours from the delivery date.

What is your address change policy?

We do not offer address changes after purchase, however, once you receive your tracking number you can contact the USPS at 1 (800) 275-8777 and see if they are able to reroute your package (not guaranteed).

What is your lost/missing/stolen package policy?

Once your order has been successfully logged with the US Postal Service for delivery, Melapop Co-Op and Spa is not responsible for lost, missing, or stolen packages. Please email support@melapop.cp for claim instructions.
